Conducts basic technical assessment and valuation of properties and other assets offered as collateral for credit facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect properties and assets; conduct technical and market assessments; prepare valuation reports; verify property information; assess collateral adequacy; maintain valuation records; support credit appraisal activities.
Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
