Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed valuations; analyze market values; verify property information; review valuation reports; assess collateral risks; provide valuation recommendations; support credit appraisal and recovery activities.
Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
