Job Description
Provides advanced technical assessment and valuation of properties and other assets offered as security for credit facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex property and asset valuations; inspect collateral; analyze market values; verify property information; assess collateral adequacy and risks; review valuation reports; provide technical recommendations to credit functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
