Provides advanced technical expertise in collateral valuation and advises on the adequacy, marketability, and risks of secured assets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex valuations; review valuation methodologies; assess market trends; validate valuation reports; advise credit teams; evaluate collateral risks; support recovery and asset disposal assessments.
Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
