Job Description
Provides strategic leadership for credit origination, appraisal, portfolio management, credit risk, monitoring, and recovery functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop credit strategy; oversee credit processes; monitor portfolio quality; strengthen credit risk management; oversee major credit decisions; coordinate recovery strategies; monitor credit performance; report significant risks to executive management.
Requirements
BA/BSc/MA/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
