Job Description
Provides leadership and oversight to branches within an assigned district and ensures achievement of business, operational, financial, and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise district branches; develop district business plans; monitor branch performance; drive deposit and credit growth; ensure operational compliance; coach branch managers; identify performance gaps; coordinate improvement initiatives; report district results to management.
Requirements
BA/MA/MBA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage.
