Job Description
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of all legal advisory, litigation, contract, recovery, and regulatory legal services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop legal strategies; oversee legal matters; advise executive management; manage major litigation; oversee contracts; manage external legal counsel; monitor legal risks; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
BA/BSc/MA/MBA in Law or a related field; professional legal qualification/certification is an advantage.
